BUFFALO RESTAURANTS Frog Hair 7800 Transit Road Buffalo NY 14221 The Frog Hair Grille and Golf is certainly a perfect establishment for the preppy people of Williamsville. The Kobe Beef Burger with Truffle French Fries and Onion Rings was OK, the burger was dry, the "truffle fries" were similar to cheap potato stick's, Tabree's and Shango's Truffle fries are a 1,000 time's better. I guess it's my fault for ordering this meal, but french fries and onion rings for the side's, Who does that? My friend ordered the "Seafood Paella" over Saffron Linguine, it's was good, but it wasn't a Paella. The pasta and seafood was served with a spicy brown gravy, it tasted more like a gumbo. Frog Hair had a good wine list, a nice selection of wine's by the glass at a fair price. I recommend the Hess Cabernet for $8 a glass, they also carry a variety of Greg Norman wine.
