My first experience at Sole was for some drinks years ago, and the server was bitchy and slow. I did return to Sole' for brunch last summer and had another not-so-nice experience. My eggs benedict was missing the meat and the hollandaise sauce, and when the server went to the kitchen to retrive the meat for my bene, she returned only to say that the chef said it was only a garnish and that he had run out. The server was nice, but she kept excusing her poor service due to the fact that she was helping the kitchen make guacamole and heat up chips. When dining in the little village of williamsville, a great meal just ain't happening. $$
