PAPAYA 118 West Chippewa St Buffalo NY 14202 Papaya was the only restaurant we had a chance to visit this past restaurant week, you received two courses as well as a glass of wine for $20.10. They offered many great choices for appetizer's and dinner. The steamed shrimp wonton's and the tom yon goong were both outstanding! For dinner my husband had the sake miso butter fish which we both enjoyed. Unfortunately, the bento box i had was a little boring, the Koren short ribs were tough, and the salad was missing the miso dressing, but the kim chee was good. The service was efficient and friendly, and the cucumber flavored water was refreshing. The decor didn't seem cohesive, but i was still loving the design and the use of the space. Even though my bento box was just OK, I still enjoyed my experience at Papaya, I'm impressed! $-$$$ © 2010 - 11 karinevarga.com about - contact - advertise - links facebook - twitter - youtube |
